NIST Traceable with UKAS ISO accredited certificate of calibration. Its primary usage is in the assessment of wavelength scale accuracy in the NIR spectrum, with a usable range of nm to nm. It is used with a filled near IR quartz cell that has been permanently heat sealed. The NIST Traceable Reference Materials (NTRM) program was created to address the problem of increasing needs for reference materials with a well-defined linkage to national standards. An NTRM is a commercially produced reference material with a well-defined traceability linkage to existing NIST chemical measurement standards.

The mirror spacing was measured with the cell disassembled. The total path length for one pass, includ-ing the additional length at the cell entrance and exit, measured m with a standard uncertainty of ap-proximately m.

Gas Wavelength Reference Cells We are proud to be part of the Nist Traceable Reference Material program and can offer HCN – torr cells that carry the NTRM certificate from NIST.

These cells are available as a stand alone cell or packaged in our three pass housing. Standard Reference Materials (SRMs) and NIST Traceable Reference Materials (NTRMs) for UV/visible/NIR spectrophotometry are certified transfer standards that assure accurate optical transmittance or absorbance measurements at specified wavelengths.

To assert traceability to the specified NIST regular transmittance scale, as well as traceability of the wavelength scale to the SI. Blazo, Stephen, “Combination gas cells for nm to >2 microns“.

Blazo, Stephen, “High stability ITU grid references“. References for molecular absorption: Accuracy: S. Swann and S. Gilbert,“ Accuracy limits for simple molecular absorption based wavelength references,” Opt. Fiber Measurements, Technical Digest, (). This Standard Reference Material (SRM) is intended for use in calibrating the wavelength scale of wavelength measuring equipment in the spectral region from run to nm.

SRM is an optical-fiber-coupled absorption cell containing hydrogen cyanide (H 13 C 14 N) gas. Use these reference sets to easily validate your UV/Vis and fluoresence spectrophotometers. Each set is supplied with a certificate of analysis and NIST Traceability from our ISO and UKAS accrediated reference laboratory.

Holmium has been used as a wavelength reference for many years and now we have extended the use by creating a filled and sealed quartz cell which allows you to verify your wavelength scale into the Ultraviolet. Quality program. Wavelength Reference Cell, Holmium Perchlorate, NIST traceable.

The primary documentation associated with an SRM is its certificate. This provides customers with sufficient information to know whether the SRM will meet their calibration. Measurement Services Division. The purpose of the program is to produce gas mixture NTRMs to supplement the supply of existing gaseous Standard Reference Materials (SRMs) and to be used where SRMs have been used in the past.

The program is also designed to replace the EPA Certified Reference Material (CRM) program. reference materials for FTIR spectrometer calibration. The mil and 55 micron thick polystyrene are generally specified for calibrating wavenumber accuracy. A NIST traceable polystyrene version of these products is available which includes the reference material, calibration result for the material and its traceability documentation.

As the world's foremost spectrophotometer reference standard manufacturer, we have a dedicated staff and years of experience to back up our products. Our solid state UV/VIS/NIR reference standards are the most stable on the market and remain in spec long after many other manufacturer's standards go bad.

AbstractStandard Reference Material (SRM) a is an optical-fiber-coupled wavelength referencebased on the fundamental absorption lines of hydrogen cyanide H13C14N in the nm to nm region. The main difference between SRM a and its predecessor, SRMisthe use of lower pressure in the hydrogen cyanide cell to produce narrower.

Atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) is a technique in which free gaseous atoms absorb electromagnetic radiation at a specific wavelength to produce a corresponding measurable signal.

The absorption signal is proportional to the concentration of the free atoms present in the optical path. cells, NIST Traceable complete with UKAS ISO/IEC accredited certificate of calibration.

Primary Usage: Testing absorbance and linearity scale in the UV region of the spectrum up to absorbance. Certified Wavelengths:, and nm for 20 mg/l to mg/l. nm for mg/l. Each reference set is supplied with full certification and traceability to NIST through SRM The reference material is produced and certified in our ISO Guide 34 and ISO/IEC accredited laboratory.
